Victoria Kozielec

Dominican University MBA

Victoria Kozielec is a global economist and data strategy executive whose career spans four industries and three continents. Educated in both Europe and the United States, she brings rare cross-cultural fluency and macroeconomic depth to the worlds of business intelligence, enterprise innovation, and executive decision-making. A compelling voice on AI adoption, global market forecasting, and data governance, Victoria translates complex economic realities into strategies that resonate across borders, boardrooms, and disciplines. We are training the next generation of leaders for a world that no longer has limitations. The most powerful thing we can give emerging talent is not just technical expertise: it is the ability to see an economic trend in one country and understand its ripple effect three markets away. Global leadership is not a title, it is a discipline. It requires the same precision we apply to acadmdemia, and the same adaptability we develop when we live, study, and work across cultures. When we invest in developing that kind of leader, we are not just building careers, we are building the frameworks that will shape the global economy for decades to come.
